The world is not what it was just a few months ago. It often seems like a dream. Never did we imagine the fears and anxiety we would be facing. Never did we think that one day we would find ourselves confined to our homes except for “essentials”. COVID-19 has brought about numerous changes in all aspects of our lives.
Many people find themselves overwhelmed with anxiety and fear over this worldwide pandemic. Essential tasks such as getting groceries, filling gas, heading to the post office, or making a trip to the bank can be a struggle. One thing you shouldn’t have to worry about is how your online orders are being handled.
While we closely monitor the impact of COVID-19 we, at Dana Fashion, have put many procedures in place to put the health and safety of our customers and our employees at the forefront of our efforts during this time.
All our products are safely sanitized and disinfected. We want to ensure that when you receive your order, the items are clean and safe for your immediate use. Also, our inventory is safely stocked and stored to greatly limit the chance of any exposure to particles, bacteria, germs, or viruses.
Workstations and Employees:
The first step to our shipping process is using a fabric sanitizer on your order. Next, products are strategically packed in 2 packages. The first is a clear plastic package around the garment then we have the shipping envelope, which is securely sealed to ensure full protection of your order from our warehouse to your home.
How You Can Protect Yourself:
In order to keep in line with social distancing recommendations, anyone in self-isolation should have their packages left outside. This eliminates contact with the driver and gives you the chance to disinfect the package as you see fit. If you are worried about bringing possibly contaminated packaging into your home, you may want to disinfect outside then dispose of the packaging as quickly as possible. Of Course, remember to wash your hands thoroughly after opening a package.
