Easy 14-Day Exchange & Return Policy
Please take your time trying everything on. If you do decide to make a return, simply you can return it to Dana Fashion within 14 days of the purchase date, subject to the conditions and exclusions below.
We make returns easy. Simply follow the following steps:
1- Contact us at online form or Live chat with your order number, details about the product you would like to return and why you wish to return.
2- We will get back to you within 24-hrs with instructions for how to return items from your order.
3- Once your returned items received and accepted, your refund will be processed.
Please read conditions below. If all conditions are not met, Dana Fashion reserves the right to refuse the return.
All returned items must be in new condition, it has not been damaged, soiled, washed, altered or worn and that all labels and tags are attached.
If you have received your item and wish to return it, the item has to be unused and in its original packaging. In such case, you will only be reimbursed for the cost of the item, and you will be responsible for the cost of shipping it back to us. If cancellation occurs prior to shipping the item to you, cost of shipping will also be refunded.
Dana Fashion can only refund the original purchase price. Shipping and handling fees are nonrefundable.
We do not accept returned items that were sent back by you directly without checking with us first.

Defective items may be exchanged or refunded at our discretion for the same model or equivalent model.
Dana fashion in response for any existence of a manufacturing defect and the full amount will be refunded.
If you cause any damages to the item, no refunds will be made, and a returned item will not be accepted.
Please allow 3-5 business days for mail-in exchanges to be processed.
Refunds & Credits
Once we receive and inspect your item(s), we will credit your account. Please allow 5-7 days for a credit to appear on your account. In most cases, we will issue your refund in the same way you made the original purchase. Please note we can only refund the original purchase price. Shipping and handling fees are nonrefundable.

Dana Fashion is not responsible for any consequential or incidental damage resulting from the sale or use of any merchandise bought from us. We are responsible for the monetary value of the merchandise only. Also, claims for missing items or items damaged in transit must be received within two business days of receipt of merchandise.
