📋 Eligibility Conditions: For a smooth return process, ensure your items are:
- In new condition, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and free of damages.
- Complete with all original tags and packaging.
Important Notes:
- Items must be returned following our guidance. Direct returns without prior communication may not be accepted.
- Hijabs & Bonnets are final sale for hygiene reasons and cannot be returned.
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, except in cases of defective or damaged items.
