At Dana Fashion your satisfaction is our priority and for that, we crafted our policies in that best way to ensure a unique and satisfying shopping experience.
A cancellation or return request is accepted anytime between the date your payment is received and the 5th day after your order delivery date (this date is determined by the courier’s confirmation of delivery), and the validity of this request is subject to the following:
- The existence of a manufacturing defect: In such case, Dana fashion will reimburse you for the cost of mailing back your item in addition to a full refund of your payment (item price+shipping).
- The customer’s change of mind about the purchase: If you have received your item and wish to return it, the item has to be unused and in its original packaging. In such case, you will only be reimbursed for the cost of the item, and you will be responsible for the cost of shipping it back to us. If cancellation occurs prior to shipping the item to you, cost of shipping will also be refunded.
- Customer-caused damages: If you cause any damages to the item, no refunds will be made, and a returned item will not be accepted.
In cases like 1 and 2 above, please follow this return procedure:
- Contact Dana Fashion identifying the type of return/cancellation request you want to make as one of these two: the existence of defect or change of mind.
- Once you get our representative’s confirmation to mail back the item, please do so and retain the tracking number given to you.
- When the item is delivered to Dana Fashion, your request will be assessed and you will be contacted by a representative.
