Exchange & Returns
We gladly accept returns or exchange within 14 days of the purchase date, on unused, unwashed, undamaged items with original tags, in original condition and packaging, or on defective merchandise . Simply follow the instructions found here Exchanges & Returns page .
Please note : All sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
You will typically see a credit to your account in about 5–10 business days after the date the refund is initiated. Keep in mind that it may take longer for the credit to show on your credit card statement, depending on the card issuer.
In most cases, because we ship out orders so quickly, we are unable to cancel or change any orders. That said, we encourage you to reach out immediately via Live Chat or WhatsApp # +1 647-749-6004 if any part of your order was incorrect or made in error. We’ll always do what we can to assist. We also offer no-hassle returns so we’ll make sure you are taken care of. We are here to help.
Please inspect your items immediately upon arrival! In the off chance that something doesn’t seem right, claims for damaged or faulty items must be reported within 5 days of receiving your items to ensure proper credit.
Take photos of the defective or damaged item with tags on and the damaged/defective area. Email your images to firstname.lastname@example.org. Please indicate defective or damaged in the subject line. Also, include your order information. First + last name, order number, and defective/damaged product name. You will receive a response from our customer care team!

When checking out online, simply choose the local pick-up option. (Note: it will only be an option to choose if you have a Ontario address).
Once the order is ready, you will receive an email notification with day and time.
Shipping & Handling
Enjoy fast & free shipping on all orders in Canada , if you ever need your items sooner than our standard 3-7 business days shipping, you can always select expedited shipping for an additional fee.
Our orders are processed through our warehouse/fulfillment centre in Oakville, Ontario, Canada, where they are carefully wrapped and packaged to prepare for the journey to you.
Our orders are shipped standard via Canada Post. All domestic orders CA$40 and over ship FREE. You’ve got to love that!
We offer reliable and FREE shipping to US on all orders over CA$150. Orders under CA$150 can enjoy our Flat Rate shipping CA$10.
We sure do! Our international orders ship via Canada Post or FedEx. When your package leaves our doors, we will email you a tracking number so you can keep tabs on your items through every step of the journey. The fees will be calculated depending on weight. Sizing & Measurements
Because we carry a variety of brands at Dana Fashion, we are unable to offer a universal size guide. The best resource will always be the sizing guide and measurements featured on each product page. The sizing chart can be found with each item to the left of the product picture.
All you need is your measurements, or US/EU size to know which corresponding size would make the perfect fit.
