How Dana Fashion is taking care

With the current state of COVID-19, we want to reassure our customers that we are taking all necessary steps to ensure the safety of our customers and employees, including following public health authority recommended guidelines.

Here is how Dana Fashion Team is handling COVID-19

Our team is taking numerous preventative steps to avoid the spread of the virus, including conducting deep cleaning and sanitization processes, working in staggered shifts to minimize all contact with other employees. The company has also made disinfectant wipes, hand sanitizers, masks and gloves available organization-wide for increased personal protection.

Your Packages

In addition to the safety and sensitization procedures listed above, we are also requiring employees to wear gloves when they come into contact with any products or internal packaging materials that will be received by customers. All products are strategically packed in 2 packages. The first is a clear plastic package around the garment then we have the shipping envelope, which is securely sealed to ensure full protection of your order from our warehouse to your home.

Please expect delays for all shipments
We use Canada Post to deliver orders, which has its processes concerning the handling of packages during this time.
